stakeholder register template
Map stakeholder influence vs interest, plan engagement cadence, track sentiment over time.
Projects fail in the boardroom more often than in the build. A stakeholder register makes the politics explicit: who has influence, who has interest, what they care about, how often you engage them, and how they feel about the project right now.
This template plots stakeholders on a 2×2 influence × interest grid (manage closely / keep satisfied / keep informed / monitor) and tracks engagement cadence and sentiment. Sentiment is reviewed monthly. A stakeholder moving from positive to neutral is a leading indicator of trouble.
In Pocket PMO, stakeholder sentiment changes can be logged in the project log and the AI Project Team will surface drifting sentiment in your weekly standup.

The PDF is fine. The live version is better: auto-fill from your project, full audit trail on every change, AI Project Team drafts the tricky sections, and steering committees see one canonical version, not a stale spreadsheet copy.
